2. Belvedere Brücke in the west of Cologne

This bridge is quite new and not known among tourists. Largely the distant location from the center is responsible for this. The orange color stands out very well!

3. The underground metro station “Altermarkt”

In Cologne, they know something about impressive metro stations in Cologne. These all have something futuristic and form a nice subject for a unique and special photo. Please note that in Cologne they are extremely strict in terms of privacy and photography.

4. Tunnel near Marzellenstrasse/Eingelstein – Trankgasse

Night photography enthusiasts have discovered a nice new place! The blue exposure of this tunnel gives great results for street photography, but also for a portrait this can give great results!

5. Colorful houses of Fischmarkt in the old town center

This place is very touristy but certainly worth a visit. A nice snapshot where Cologne will be recognized immediately! Another nice tip: if it has rained, be sure to use the reflections in the puddles.

6. The round spiral staircase

City lovers and abstract photography lovers will certainly appreciate this place. The staircase is located in a medical centre and is open to the public. Be prepared that passers-by will be surprised 😉

7. The elevator of 25hours Hotel The Circle

Besides the fact that this hotel is our favorite hotel in Cologne, our favorite place was the elevator! This one is really great in design and gives both visually and on photo an impressive result.

There are many architectural buildings in Cologne. We visited this place which is also very new! Perfect for testing different angles and you can also choose between the ‘red’ and ‘green’ building.
