Escape the hustle and bustle in Baan Saen fang
Baan Saen Fang is a cosy resort located in the heart of Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is the ideal location for people interested in pure nature, culture, streetfoot (the famous Night Bazar) and impressive old sights like Doi Suthep, Wat Phra Singh, Chiang Mai Zoo, Chiang Mai night safari, …
Relax, refresh, recharge
Baan Saen Fang is a small-scale boutique hotel with 4 wooden villas located in a naturally landscaped garden, which creates an oasis of calm. The resort gives a very homely and relaxt feeling, which is ideal for couples. Centrally located in the resort is a natural swimming pool without chlorine, where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Next to the swimming pool is a small bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, so you can enjoy a cocktail with a view over the pool and the garden.

Authentic villas
The villas are very beautiful and authenticly decorated with the necessary attention to luxury and interior. All villas have air conditioning, wifi, a balcony, tea and coffee, a mosquito net, … Everything you need is present to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The villas are very clean and are very nice to stay.

Our cosy villa
The bathroom was completely in style with the rest of the villa. The room could be completely sealed with a door so that privacy is retained.

Breakfast in nature
Breakfast must be scheduled upon arrival. This means that you have to pass on for each day of your stay, the hour and type of breakfast (you can choose between 8 types). The reason for this is that the hotel is part of the Bodhi Serene group hotels. Breakfast is very extensive and is served on the balcony of your own villa’s, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast in the hotel’s natural garden. I have to admit, it gives a special feeling!
Traditional Thai street food
There is no restaurant in the Baan Saen Fang hotel, but this was not a negative point for us. Given the central location of the hotel, there are plenty of options to enjoy traditional Thai or Western food. You can discover the real Thai culture and food is really cheap in Thailand. Another nice tip: the hotel rents bikes, this is a nice way to explore Chiang Mai. And it’s still sporty too! Overall, we found Baan Saen Fang Chiang Mai a relaxing place where luxury and serenity are central. We would recommend this hotel to couples, who want to escape from all the hustle and bustle. However, it is not advisable for people with children, given the resort wants to provide peace to its guests. Still struggling with the required documents for Thailand, read this blog!
