Villa Nostra, a true homecoming feeling

The cozy bed & breakfast “Villa Nostra” is located on the Millennium Golf course, the recreational area De Paalse Plas and at the Limburg cycle route network. This cozy and luxurious B&B is operated by Peggy, the friendliest and most passionate host I know! She will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible .

Villa Nostra, the perfect place to relax

After a long drive from Antwerp, we were warmly welcomed by Peggy. With a glass of champagne in our hands, Peggy showed our room. We stayed in “Tendress“, also known as the red room. This beautiful room is perhaps the smallest of the 5, but has all the luxury you need. Our personal highlight was the beautiful view of the Millennium Golf Course.

Villa Nostra has 5 rooms; Feeling, Sentimento, Emocion, Sensation and Tendresse. The 2 rooms Feeling and Sensation are fully equipped with private infrared sauna and hydro massage bath. Perfect for a romantic getaway to relax a bit. Both the rooms, as the surroundings of Villa Nostra really appeal to the imagination and guarantee you a pleasant stay!

Start your day with an amazing breakfast

Breakfast at Villa Nostra is finger licking good. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and a portion of love from hostess Peggy. Everything you need for a good breakfast is present; freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, different types of fresh bread, jam, charcuterie, cheese, fresh fruit salad and of course a delicious egg! If you have any special requirements, do not hesitate to ask Peggy. She will be happy to help you!

Time for a change?

Good news! In April, a new Villa Nostra will open in Beringen! This one is located near the be-MINE site. It is a beautifully renovated mayor’s house, located in a huge and green domain. We are going to visit it anyway!

Whatz Hap

In the old casino you will find the original lunch spot ‘Whatz Hap‘. Perfect to rest a bit after a bike ride and fill your belly. There is a big terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the summer. They have several delicious dishes like American pancakes, wraps, pastas, tacos, … It’s a fun and trendy place to have lunch!

Bistro Belge

This cozy restaurant has an open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs live at work. Bistro Belge serves a variety of Belgian culinary dishes, which are changed every 5 weeks. We chose to try the ‘degustatieformule’, so we could taste several dishes. The shrimp croquette homemade with salad and tartare sauce, pea soup and bruschetta with tomato, garlic, olive oil and basil were delicious! If you want to take a look at all their dishes, be sure to check their menu.
